According to market players, the mandatory energy certification of buildings will increase interest in the concept of energy performance and stimulate insulation work, which is expected to result in an increase by 20% of the consumption of construction materials and facilities.

In the context of boosting heat insulation work, the required construction materials are polystyrene adhesives, plasters decorative accessories - components of the insulation system. Depending on the nature of building and investment, the energy loss can be reduced, which could contribute to an increase in the price of old houses by 5-10%.
